About This Speaker

Rob Bell founded FOCUS Consulting early in his nine-year tenure as Personnel Development/Education & Training Director for Dick’s Supermarkets, Inc. Rob’s love for Make ‘em say “WOW”™ Customer Service led him to share that love with others.

 

Armed with 20+ years of experience in leadership and customer service, Rob has been speaking and training professionally since 1995. “Actually, leadership and customer service go hand-in-hand,” Rob proclaims. “Leaders, managers, and executives all have customers: their front-line people, their employees, their peers, and their bosses.”
