A Human Potential Expert, Nancy is President of The Art of Mastery. Based upon 25 years of studying Mastery, Nancy Noonan is sought out by corporations and associations to re-ignite and re-focus their people, improving morale and productivity. She helps them develop their own sense of Mastery (Mastery = Knowledge + Skills + Excellence) to unleash their greatest potential, achieving personal and organizational excellence to produce extraordinary results.
Nancy’s experience in sales, marketing, corporate development and business ownership means she understands the real-world challenges you and your people face. Her years of teaching college courses (for which she received the prestigious Master Teacher Award) have honed her ability to engage even the most jaded of audience members!
Nancy started her career on stage by tap dancing in the Stars of Tomorrow show on Atlantic City’s Steel Pier, modeling with the NYC Ford agency, and being selected as Miss Maryland. Today Nancy takes to the stage as a professional speaker, author, workshop/retreat leader, educator and consultant.
Audiences recognize Nancy as a speaker who is “informative and inspirational–as well as entertaining!” Nancy attributes “entertaining” to her Irish lineage--replete with natural storytellers and humorists–and her innate sense of fun! Her experience in an Improv group also enlivens her programs with a playful and interactive energy.
In addition to her keynotes and trainings, Nancy is a certified facilitator and coach in the DISC® and Values Behavioral Assessments. Through DISC®, Nancy helps increase the efficacy and Mastery of leadership and communication skills so that people and teams interact with more understanding of each others’ different ways of behaving, resulting in less tension and conflict and remarkable collaborative results.
Nancy received the NISOD Excellence Award from the National Institute for Staff and Organizational Development and is listed in Cambridge Who’s Who and America’s Outstanding Young Women.
