Mike Robbins, CSP, is the bestselling author of Focus on the Good Stuff (Hardcover, Wiley) and, Be Yourself, Everyone Else is Already Taken (Hardcover, Wiley). He is an expert in teamwork, communication, and the power of appreciation and authenticity. He has worked with clients such as Apple, AT&T, Google, Wells Fargo, Chevron, and many others.
Mike and his work have been featured on ABC News, the Oprah radio network, in Forbes and the Washington Post, and on more than 500 radio and TV stations in North America. He is also a regular contributor for the Huffington Post, Oprah.com and CNN.com. Mike is also the host of his own radio show, "Let's Get Real with Mike Robbins," and his books have been translated into ten different languages.
As a former pro baseball player in the Kansas City Royals organization, Mike's sports career was flying high, until he suffered an injury that ended his playing days abruptly. Through the healing power of appreciation and authenticity, as well as his own personal journey of self discovery, Mike was able to move beyond the injury to find deeper meaning and purpose in his life.
