About This Speaker
Michael McKinley, CSP, CPAE, is a business person first and a speaker second. Over the years, he has acquired “street-smart” wisdom dealing with real-world, real-business, and real-life situations.
Mike meshes learning and laughing. His “Real Motivation! Real Change! Real Fun!” presentations encompass change, motivation, customer service, teamwork, safety, and balancing work and home. He’s been a successful entrepreneur for most of his life—beginning with his own garbage hauling business at age 15. He gets people behind a common goal and helps them deal with life and work issues. His programs are packed with common sense information mixed with entertaining motivation.
Mike is active in his own professional association and has served in several capacities, including national president, and has received numerous honors.
Mike is the author of 4 books and has written numerous articles about his years in business. As a cancer survivor, Mike shares his message of maximizing performance—and having fun in the process.
