About This Speaker
Jeff Beals is an international-award-winning author who shows audiences how to obtain more business and career success through personal branding. His presentations are based on his book, Self Marketing Power: Branding Yourself as a Business of One.
His uniquely diverse career makes him the ideal person to reveal and explain the secrets of personal branding. Audience members leave his presentations with useful ways to do more business and play a bigger role in their organizations and their communities.
As a commercial real estate executive, radio talk-show host, television personality, and part-time college professor, Jeff understands how to synthesize wide-ranging experiences into very enlightening, entertaining and motivational presentations.
Jeff Beals delivers keynote speeches and workshops to a wide variety of audiences: conventions, association meetings, for-profit companies, chambers of commerce, government agencies and colleges/universities.
In addition to serving as vice president of a commercial real estate company, Jeff is co-host of an award-winning weekly talk-show on News Radio 1110 KFAB, and host of a weekly television show on an NBC affiliate. As a freelance writer, he has published more than 200 articles in national and local periodicals.
From 2003 to 2009, he has served as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Nebraska at Omaha's College of Business Administration. From 1998 to 2001, Jeff was Dean of Student Affairs at a private college.
Jeff's book, Self Marketing Power, has won four major awards including: Bill Fisher Award for Best First Book (Ben Franklin Awards); Foreword Magazine's Career Book of the Year, Silver Medal; National Indie Excellence Awards Finalist; and USA Book News, First-Place Award for the Business category.
Jeff holds a Master of Arts degree in Political Science and a Bachelor of Journalism degree both from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. He and his wife Stephanie have two children, Jack and Maddie.
