Founder of National Letting Go of Stuff Day, Darren is an organization development consultant and personal development coach on letting go. As an expert on how to let go, he has over 25 years of combined managing, consulting, coaching, training, and speaking experience that he brings to the table every time he speaks, consults, and does one-on-one personal development coaching.
Darren earned his Masters of Science in Organization Development from American University in Washington, DC. He has also coached hundreds of individuals, helping them to change unwanted habits, work through & get rid of toxic relationships, and set positive goals. As an organization development consultant, Darren has assisted over 150 organizations with some form of system redesign and/or change.
As a keynote speaker, Darren blends personal life stories and theory on change with activities and some humor to heighten the awareness and consciousness of his audiences.
